2.254 are the kilometers between Palermo and Barcelona by road and they represent the life journey of the Chef Nuncio Cona, who made a Vespa trip from Italy to Spain, passing through France.
In his restaurant, he wanted to pay tribute to this vital journey through very well-prepared tapas with a Mediterranean flavour, incluiding octopus “bomba”, eggplant tatin with sweet and sour caponata or their tartar roll on a brioche bun.
